Try the Acai Energy Bowl

Here's a great recipe you can make at home:

The Acai Energy Bowl

Ingredients:
1/2 cup organic plain or vanilla yogurt
8-12 oz Acai puree
1/4 cup soy or rice milk
8 strawberries or handful of blueberries
1/2 cup granola
seasonal fresh fruit

How to make: In a blender combine yogurt, puree, milk and strawberries and blend for about a minute or until smooth. Now top it with fresh fruit and granola for a healthy antioxidant rich treat!

To make it thicker, add more yogurt or to make it thinner, add more milk. you can also experiment with different fruit combinations or sweeten the recipe with stevia.
